This is a very cool promotion! It seems that you can order a sample of just about anything in their inventory, completely free of charge! All you have to do is click on the item you would like to order. It will then be pulled up in a box to the right of your screen. You click on 'Continue to Details' and there will be an option that says 'Order Sample'. Simply click on that, and it will be added to your cart. Shipping is free, and they don't ask for any credit card info. The only item I did not see a sample offered for was a desk calendar. I ordered a 2010 planner and a pen, my request want through and my order was processed without a hitch. I don't think this is a freebie that should be abused, say like by ordering a free sample of everything possible because they seem to be being so generous.
